Some discussion ensued, and it was established that the previous tenants had had a spa pool. Sure enough, the deck showed where they had cut through it to put their own spa. A crowbar, hammer and saw later, my own spa pool was ready for installation. I dug the hole it would sit in slightly deeper, and lined it with polystyrene as insulation. With everything in place, the spa pool was gently lowered in and checked to see it all fit.
